Leftover Chicken Tacos from one of my fave cookbooks: Make More With Less.
The chicken mixture has caramelized onions and chipotle paste in it. The toppings include shaved onion and white cabbage, fresh jalapeños, and those are pieces of crispy chicken skin on top. 🤤

We recently did some reorganizing of our spaces upstairs to make our home work better for us. And I’m absolutely loving that we now have a complete room devoted to our home gym!
Our workout room has always been a part of a multi-purpose space. And the actual floor space to workout has gotten smaller and smaller over the years. We’ve made it work for a long time, but it was time to reclaim the space.
It has been so amazing to spread out during workouts now, AND be able to have all our equipment out and accessible so it can actually be used!
And even better, I am not constrained in my workout times anymore! I used to have to rush to get it in before my husband started the work day in the same room. Now, I can workout at any time of day!
Here’s a new little addition with the peg boards for easy grab-and-go equipment that I use often.
More upgrades to come!

🚨 BODi friends! 🚨
The sample workout for the NEW 25 Minute Speed Train program launched yesterday and I was able to test it out today!
Good, no-nonsense weightlifting (and bodyweight exercises) in a short amount of time. I’m ready to try more when it comes out next month to get a feel for the different training styles since we could only see a small portion in the sample.
Check your member library for the sample and schedule it into your week! 🏋🏻♀️
There is nothing more terrifying than hearing, “Now it’s time for our ab series,” in your Pilates workout.
Because what have we been doing for the last 20 minutes?!?!

How cool a coincidence is this?! It’s Valentine’s Day and I turn on my workout to see the trainer wearing all red! ❤️❤️ Sometimes it’s the smallest detail that lets you know you are right where you’re supposed to be. 🥰
