Practice like champions every single time we hit the water. Race hard, attack every rep, and leave nothing to chance. There is no such thing as half-effort here. The baseline goal is simple: make sure nobody is outworking you.

Talk is cheap. It means nothing to talk about big goals if the work is not there to back them up. Show up every single day, buy in completely, and commit from the first push-off to the final wall to capitalize on every opportunity in front of you.

No Excuses. No Explanations.
What is holding you back? If you are spending energy giving “reasons” why it cannot be done, why it was not done, or why the standard was missed, the focus is on the wrong things. Instead of giving the reason for falling short, look for solutions and relentless intent.

Put your head down, lock in, and get to work.
