🚲 It’s what you DON’T see that can cost you.

Good rim tape isn’t just about keeping your tubeless setup from leaking—it also helps protect the inside of your wheel.

When tubeless sealant gets underneath damaged or poorly installed rim tape, it can sit around alloy spoke ni***es and contribute to corrosion over time. Eventually, those ni***es can become brittle, seize up, or even fail. 😬

That’s why we take rim-tape installation seriously: clean rim, proper tape coverage, good adhesion, and no unnecessary sealant getting where it doesn’t belong.

A little extra attention during a tubeless setup can save you from a much bigger wheel repair later.

🔧 Advanced Tune-Up Tip from Meric 🔧

One of the most overlooked parts of an advanced tune is checking the torque on all suspension pivots and critical fasteners.

Trust me—I learned this one the hard way. 😅 Just because it came assembled from the manufacturer doesn’t mean every bolt is torqued correctly. A loose pivot can turn an awesome ride into a long walk out of the trail.

Don’t get caught with a loose rear end on your next ride… it’s a 💩 situation. 🤣🤣🤦🏻‍♂️
