We also help athletes aged 10-18 run 1mph faster and jump 2-3 inches in 90 days or less.

We help Williamson County residents over 40 who struggle with nagging injuries and are concerned about their longterm health achieve a radical body transformation (inside & out) so they can live a pain free, active, and fulfilling life. One of the best parts of what we do is getting to work with great people.

Shout-out to Eric Merell for trusting us, putting in the work, and being part of the Premier Performance family. It's always rewarding to see people committed to getting better and showing up with the right attitude every day.

We appreciate you, Eric. 👊

If your athlete is strong but doesn't play fast, or trains hard but isn't getting more explosive, the gap is almost always the same one:

He can produce force
He just can't produce it fast enough
And nobody's measuring the difference
That's what the free 45-minute athletic analysis is for. We measure acceleration, top-end speed, agility, and vertical, and you walk out with a written report and a game plan built around the actual gap.

Reply "ATHLETE" and we'll set it up.

Quick announcement for parents of athletes ages 8 to 18.
We've opened up our Free Athlete Analysis for the remainder of June.
Here's what this is and why we built it.

Most parents are making training decisions for their kid based on a feeling. A coach said something. A teammate's parent mentioned something. The kid had a bad game last weekend. So a decision gets made (more cones, more conditioning, a new private coach) without anyone actually knowing where the athlete stands.

The analysis fixes that. In 45 minutes, we test the four numbers that actually predict on-field performance:

Acceleration, the first 10 yards, where games are won
Top-end speed, the ceiling everything else lives under
Agility, change of direction and reactive movement
Vertical, a clean window into lower-body explosive power

You walk out with:
A written report on every measurement
A peer comparison showing exactly where your athlete stands for their age
A game plan with the specific areas to focus on, and how to actually improve them
You get the numbers, the report, and the plan, whether you ever train with us or not.

Registration closes August 1st.
Reply "ATHLETE" and I'll send the schedule, the locations, and how to get signed up.

When people hear "athlete," they don't always think about marching band.

They should.

The physical demands, discipline, conditioning, and countless hours of practice are no joke. Minor Salazar continues to put in the work, and it's been awesome watching his growth along the way.

Keep stacking days, Minor.

The #1 thing parents say in our first conversation:
"I think his footwork is the problem."

Sometimes it's "his feet are funky." Sometimes it's "he just looks slow in his first step." But the conclusion is almost always the same. The feet need fixing.

Usually they have previously invested in footwork sessions. Ladder drills. Cone drills. Private agility classes. Six months and a few thousand dollars later, the kid is faster on a ladder and exactly the same on the field.

Here's the reality: footwork is downstream of force.
Quick feet are a symptom of a body that can produce a lot of force into the ground, very quickly. Slow feet are a symptom of a body that can't. You can do every ladder drill ever invented and you won't change the underlying engine.

What actually changes the first step:
Lower-body strength built through the right loads, in the right velocity zones

Rate of force development, how fast the muscle turns on
Sprint mechanics, how the force gets applied into the ground
That's the work that makes a kid look quick. Not the ladder. Never the ladder.

If your athlete has been doing footwork for a year and the field doesn't look any different, the issue isn't the drill. It's the diagnosis.

You can't fix what hasn't been measured.

P.S. If you've spent money on footwork lessons and the game film still looks the same, we should measure what's actually going on. Our free 45-minute athletic analysis covers acceleration, top-end speed, agility, and vertical.

You will get a written report and a game plan you can take with you, whether you ever train with us or not.
Reply "ATHLETE" and I'll send the details.

If your athlete is heading into a season and you're trying to figure out how to train year-round without burning them out, we built something for exactly this.

It's called the Athlete Development Program (ADP). Year-round training with built-in flexibility. More volume in the off-season, scaled back during the season, so your athlete keeps their physical ceiling instead of losing it by November.

This is how the pros train. How college programs train. How places like IMG train.
If you want the full details (what's included, pricing, how it works for in-season schedules), reply "ADP" and I'll send everything over.
