With over 20 years of group fitness experience, Mimi brings a wealth of knowledge, energy, and care to every class she teaches. As a Medical Exercise Specialist with advanced training in Mat and Reformer Pilates, she has a unique ability to blend smart movement, strength, and mindful technique.
Her teaching style focuses on precision, longevity, and helping every student move with confidence and purpose—whether you’re brand new or experienced.
Outside the studio, Mimi is a busy mom of three, dog mom of three, and lives an active life in Franklin with her husband, Ryan.
