What makes our program different?
👊 Athletes follow a developmentally-appropriate and progressive strength & conditioning program based on their biological age, training age, sport, and goals.
👊 We track everything our athletes do week-over-week—sprint times, jumps, weights, lifting progressions, etc.
👊 We have a 4:1 athlete to coach ratio. We are a “teaching gym” and our athletes receive personal coaching throughout their training sessions.
👊 We have the knowledge and experience to work with athletes navigating injuries.

Coach James has officially joined our sports performance coaching staff, and we couldn’t be more excited to have his presence and experience in the gym with our athletes.
James is a former Division I basketball player with Ohio University (Go Bobcats!) from Stevens Point, Wisconsin. He’s only been with us for a week, but it feels like he’s always been around!
We’re excited to have a professional, educated, and dedicated coaching staff to serve our athletes this Summer, and beyond 💪

🎉 200 Training Sessions for THE Monica 🎉 Monica started training with us in our garage gym, so we’re technically past 200 sessions, but she really locked it in once we opened this gym and hasn’t looked back!
Monica is an absolute force and a loved member of our gym family. Her strength is seriously impressive, and she’s always willing to challenge herself just enough to continually get better.
