5 habits to start the new year off the right way ✨
* Pick 3 days a week to exercise for 1 hour each - This could be at a gym, with your trainer, a run outside, a hike, even a brisk walk with your dog! Whatever it is, put that music on and get in your zone! Treat these 3 workouts as if they’re literal appointments you cannot miss!
* Plan your meals - now this gets choppy even in my house because KIDS lol. But pick 2 proteins, 2 veggies, 2 healthy carbs, 2 fruits, and prep some healthy grab and go snacks. Chef it up and have options for your week. What goes in your body, you feel. Repetition with food is your best friend, especially when it comes to protein. And meal prepping, girl you will be proud of yourself!
* Open your mind - whether it’s a book, a podcast, a YouTube, even music, start listening to things that are positive and motivate you!
* Journaling - this can be hard sometimes but so healing. Our minds race all day and then we sit on our phones when we get a break. Pause. Write. Look into yourself! There’s also tons of guided journals/gratitude journals out there you can buy if journaling is difficult for you!
* Lastly, create habits realistically. New years brings on this feeling of complete change, we all will be strict and do XYZ and by summer we’ll be PERFECT. But come February, those same high expectations can cause a fall off and we start living the new year like we did our last. And the regret that comes with that, knocks you down even further. Stay realistic, consistent, and let’s see what this new year brings 🥂

Boot Camp is HERE!
We all have New Year’s resolutions & if fitness is one of them, this is a great start to dial (LOCK) in.
Great women, atmosphere, music & workout!
We will be working the full body with different reps/sets per where YOU ARE AT. As your trainer I will guide you & hype you 😌
Since I’ve started training, groups have been a pleasure to run. While it keeps me busy, I love the energy it brings & seeing women reach their goals while cheering eachother on! Truly building body and friendships all at once 🥰 🏋🏻♀️
We will be using dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, bands, power racks, free weights + your own body weight.
8 sessions - $160
Maximum 4 people per session

I’ve been getting a lot of inquiries as to what I charge for personal training, so here it is!
• 1-1 training can be paid bi-weekly or monthly.
• Virtual paid by first of the month, or at any time of month (payment adjusted based on timing).
Consulations cost $15, with a consult we will go over where you’re at currently, your goals, and what I can offer you as your personal trainer! All consults are in person at my home gym!
I do have a 24 hour cancellation fee, though sessions can be moved if discussed prior to 24 hours, and must be used within 7 days of moving session.
Virtual training is always open!!
Each workout is recorded (if you miss) & will be sent with link & code to have access.
*Prices for virtual are expected to go up. (Once you join, your price is locked in!)*

This took time.
It took heavy lifts, early mornings, skipped drinks, and a lot of “showing up when I didn’t want to.”
But it didn’t take perfection.
It took consistency!
I didn’t get lucky. I got serious.
And yes, you can do it too. You just need the right plan, patience, and someone to hold you to it!
In the fitness industry, people get to where they want to be and stop. And then wonder why and how they lost their gains. Working out is not temporary, it’s a LIFESTYLE.
