Memorial Day Murph at Trivium.

A day to honor and remember the men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Memorial Day is more than a workout, it’s a chance to reflect, show gratitude, and suffer together in remembrance of those who sacrificed everything.

“MURPH”
1 Mile Run
100 Pull-Ups
200 Push-Ups
300 Air Squats
1 Mile Run

Partition the reps as needed. Scale as needed. Wear a vest if you’d like. Show up ready to work hard and support each other.

Heats start at 7:40 and will roll every 20 minutes. Let’s pack the gym, bring the energy, and honor the meaning behind the workout.

Murph at Trivium 🇺🇸

Heats start Monday, Memorial Day at 8AM and roll every 20 minutes. This year the gym will be taped out with designated lanes, push-up zones, and a comp-style setup for athletes looking to push the pace.

Comp version:
10 rounds
10 Pull-Ups
20 Push-Ups
30 Air Squats
Want to partition it differently, partner up, or just survive? Cool. Just use the designated areas and come be part of it.

Most importantly — we remember why we do Murph.

WODs for Wishes shirts will be available and every dollar spent gets matched by CrossFit Trivium, with all proceeds going to Make-A-Wish Middle Tennessee.

Strong moms raise strong families.
Strong moms show up when they’re tired.

Strong moms carry more than weight, they carry homes, schedules, kids, careers, stress, and somehow still find a way to train hard.

Today we celebrate the women in our community who inspire us daily with their grit, resilience, kindness, and strength.

To every mom at Trivium, thank you for the example you set inside these walls and outside of them.

You are powerful.
You are capable.
You are STRONG.

We’re hosting Folds of Honor in every class — come train, hear their story, and be part of something beyond the workout.

We said it. And we’re not backing off.

CrossFit didn’t lose elite athletes…
It lost the pathway that made the sport matter.

Regionals were:
• Rare enough to matter
• Local enough to rally communities
• Simple enough to follow

Semifinals?
Messy. Diluted. Hard to care about.

This isn’t hate—it’s perspective from people who actually love the sport and lived it.

Murph prep isn’t one day… it’s the whole week.

If your progress depends on making one “Murph day”… you’re already behind.

Life gets busy. You miss a Friday? Now what?

At Trivium, every day moves you forward.
Show up Monday? You’re building.
Tuesday? Still building.
