Qualities such as loyalty, honesty, fair play, integrity, perseverance, and self discipline are also stressed.

Yesterday we wrapped up our annual stroke clinic! The stroke clinic is a great opportunity for summer league swimmers to get back in the groove of swim practice and get technique corrections from some of our year round coaches! Be on the lookout for info next year!
