A Message to all Ignite Fitness clients and team members about the Coronavirus. With our clients and their families at the center of everything we do as a company, I’d like to take the time to address concerns about the coronavirus (COVID-19) and the steps we are taking to continue our focus on keeping people safe and healthy.
We’re closely monitoring the situation and following guidance from public health officials and government agencies, including the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization, so we can make ongoing assessments and stay in constant communication with our associates to provide information and guidance as developments unfold.
The cleanliness of our studio is always a top priority for us, and now more than ever. In addition to our regular cleaning and sanitizing procedures, we have commissioned a clinical sanitization company SanitizeIt to spray every surface of the gym, including straps, ropes, HVAC and mats, in addition to all hard surfaces and restrooms. thank you for serving this need.
We understand this situation is top of mind for all of us right now. As circumstances continue to change, our goal is, and will continue to be, to provide a safe and welcoming destination for all clients and team members in our community.

Stretching is one of the most important ways to take care of your body.
Tight muscles make you feel stiff. If you pick up something off the floor and make a groan......then you need to stretch. It takes only 5 or so minutes to help you feel better throughout the day.

To be successful in your fitness goals you need a purpose. What is your purpose for doing a workout? If you are not getting the results you expect, then you need to evaluate the what and how. What are you working out for, and how is the workout helping or hindering you reaching your goal.
Having a goal or purpose takes away the can'ts and excuses of not reaching your goals.
Take action when you know your goal and contact [email protected] so we can build your personalized program.
Online training is available.

It is fun to use different things for weights. Why you ask? When you use non traditional weights, your body has to perform new adjustments to accommodate the change in weight and balance . The muscle has to grow and make itself strong where it was weak. It's a great way to burn a few more calories too!
So go out and lift what you can as safe as you can. And always for a purpose.
