MM100 Day 7 Downbeat Strength 🏋🏻♀️ not my favorite especially bc my lower back tenses up and I have to go much slower than the beat to make sure my posture is good for pretty much all the moves. But it’s done! 13 mins of yoga focusing on lower back stretches. Legs feel like jelly!

Did 1 1/2 hr class of yin yoga over zoom with Andrew’s cousin Tara and Ms Kitty🐱. Lots of focus on stretching and breath. I’m counting that as my day 5 freestyle flow workout for MM100. Happy Saturday! 🧘🏻♀️

Haven’t been on here in a while, but figured I’d get back to posting since schools out indefinitely and I need to start 💪🏼.. I finally got my sneakers back after our engagement party and restarted Morning Meltdown 100 with my favorite instructor Jericho! Also did a quick 15 min restorative yoga on down dog, my new favorite yoga app! 🧘♀️

Took a small hiatus due to a painful flare up of my autoimmune disease, but after a few rest days I took my energize and got to it. Week 1 is done!

One more day and I’m done with workouts till next week .. good thing bc it’s girls weekend in CT this Saturday 🙌🏼 🥳

Happy Halloween 🎃🌮
halloween is one of my favorite holidays bc:
- you get to play dress up and walk around
- an excuse to decorate
- love walking around the neighborhood and we had a nice walk and talked with some neighbors
- love seeing the kids (and dogs in the hood) all dressed up
- i can eat my piece of dark chocolate with ZERO guilt
