🎉 Congratulations to our BSC September Member of the Month — Lauren Prigozen! 🎉

While many people tend to slow down or take a break during the summer months, Lauren did just the opposite! She ramped up her workouts, stayed consistent, and truly made the most of her summer. 💪☀️

Her dedication and hard work are definitely showing, but what we love most about Lauren is the energy she brings to BSC. She always walks through the door with a smile that is absolutely contagious! 😊

Lauren is never afraid to ask for help or guidance, and she always makes sure her form is correct so she can get the most out of every workout. Her commitment to doing things the right way is something we truly admire.
