Beware of Bars! Some contain tons of sugar or preservatives, so try to find ones that are high in protein and healthy fats... rather than sugar (clif bars’ first ingredient is brown rice syrup)

Stop measuring weight it all about body fat lost! Only 2lbs were lost. Mike came in at 187lbs 15% body fat in May 19th. Currently is now 185lbs 9% body fat taken August 3rd. The scale is not the best indicator!
