I won first place in my class (Amateur Masters Figure) yesterday at the Mr. America bodybuilding competition in AC. To all of my current and future clients - if you decide & commit, you will succeed. 💪

Before the COVID-19 pandemic, I was training to do my first real bodybuilding competition. However, due to circumstances out of anyone’s control, the competition was changed from on a stage to virtual. My first time ever entering a bodybuilding competition, I achieved 2nd place in Physique and 3rd place in Figure. Not bad for a first time experience!! It all comes down to DECIDE,COMMIT,SUCEED!
Round two, I am now training for my second competition, expected to be in person/ on a stage, this October 10!! Let’s see if I can beat my previous success!! 💪🏻😊
Here is a good workout that engages your core and hip adductor muscles.
Get into a side plank position. Top leg is supported on bench. Start with body on the floor. Engage your core, raise your hips off floor. Half way up, engage your hip adductors and bring the bottom leg up towards the top leg. At the top of the motion, hold for 2 seconds, then lower back to start position.
Perform 5-10 quality repetitions, then switch sides and repeat motion. It’s harder than it looks! Have fun and stay strong!
