Grateful for opportunities like this for our Hustle Academy middle school girls for getting in the gym, learning, listening, and growing at a high level.

Huge thank you to and for inviting our players and pouring into them with intention and purpose. With experience connected to the game at the collegiate level through Rutgers University and beyond, the message was clear: real development is about more than skills. It’s about mindset, discipline, and character.

When like-minded coaches believe in building strong foundations and positive culture, we truly change the game. This is how we prepare the next generation of powerhouse young athletes to be resilient, accountable, and ready for the toughness that is life both on and off the court.

Watching greatness is one thing — learning from it is another. 🙏🏽 Dawn Staley you have been pivotal for me. First as a player watching your games with my dad, and now as a coach who studies you leadership. Her poise. Her composure. The intentional way she pours into her program and every individual within it. That’s legacy work.

I grew up watching legendary coaches like Pat Summitt, Vivian Stringer and Geno Auriemma but in realtime in 4D now I’m blessed to witness and learn from one of my personal favorites up close. Coach you look like me, talk like me, and watching you lead with strength and authenticity… now that representation means everything.
