This past Sunday was one of those days where the hockey community is great, to give these young men the the experience they had today was amazing.
Thank you Coach Riley for speaking to the boys about the importance of playing for each other.
Thank you Col. Lt. Nawoichyk for the team building exercises & speaking to the boys about leadership & self preparation.
Thank you Anthony Firriolo for taking the time to speak with our boys before their game, you have no idea what it meant to them.
Most importantly thank you Jim Fortescue for arranging this amazing day.
To watch the heart and effort of the West Point players all game & to see the hockey smarts along with silky smooth skills from the US NTDP U18 team was a lesson in its own right.
There is just something special about that campus, it may have been the beautiful fall foliage or the sense of pride & respect you feel walking around. It was a great day for all…
