Gabriel Tackle Co. Morning Report 09/17/26 good morning! Today’s high is going to be 83 degrees, Manasquan inlet tides for today are as follows: high tide 12:24am & 12:48pm, Low tide 5:54am & 6:54pm, sunrise 6:39am, sunset 7:01pm. Beach and boating conditions for today: Sw Winds 5 To 10 Kt, Becoming S 10 To 15 Kt With Gusts Up To 20 Kt Late. Seas 2 To 3 Ft. Wave Detail: S 2 Ft At 4 Seconds And E 2 Ft At 8 Seconds. Tonight S Winds 10 To 15 Kt With Gusts Up To 20 Kt, Becoming Sw 5 To 10 Kt After Midnight. Seas 2 To 3 Ft. Wave Detail: S 2 Ft At 4 Seconds And E 1 Foot At 8 Seconds. A Chance Of Showers After Midnight. Fluke fishing remains good still lots of shorts, you just have to keep grinding to get those keepers, but anglers who have been successful on getting keepers have been using big baits to get them, we did get reports that the Axel is producing better then the seagirt and reports up at the red church. Also reports of Bonita and blues on our local wrecks and reefs. Same issue in the Manasquan River and Barnegat Bay. In the surf reports of bonita and fluke, and the occasional striper other wise not much else going on. The Point Pleasant Canal still has plenty of stripers, and blues at night. For stripers live eels or spots is the way to go, you just have to get your bait down passed the blues if you want to target stripers. Offshore bite has been more of a hunt and seek tuna bite but anglers who hit the Hudson were on big eye and yellowfin up to 80 #. Reports also at the toms. Mahi bite remains good with reports in from the Klondike. Tilefish bite still remains good. Have a great day and tight lines!

Today’s high is going to be 79 degrees, Manasquan inlet tides for today are as follows: high tide 11:59am, Low tide 5:16am & 6:01pm, sunrise 6:38am, sunset 7:03pm. Beach and boating conditions for today: Sw Winds Around 5 Kt, Becoming S With Gusts Up To 20 Kt Early This Afternoon, Then Increasing To Around 15 Kt With Gusts Up To 20 Kt Late. Seas Around 2 Ft. Wave Detail: Se 2 Ft At 4 Seconds And Se 1 Foot At 9 Seconds. Tonight Sw Winds 10 To 15 Kt With Gusts Up To 20 Kt, Diminishing To 5 To 10 Kt After Midnight. Seas Around 2 Ft. Wave Detail: Se 2 Ft At 5 Seconds And E 1 Foot At 9 Seconds. Tonight S Winds Around 5 Kt. Seas Around 2 Ft. Wave Detail: E 2 Ft At 7 Seconds.
