Congratulations to all 26 of our 2026 Spring athletes. Tonight at the Honeoye Fish & Game Club we hosted our end of the season banquet and celebrated all the successes. Thank you Coach Wood for an awesome season, assistant Coach Green and all our wonderful volunteers. Thank you to the parents for showing up each competition and encouraging your children to participate. We wouldn’t have a team without all of you! Looking forward to fall 2026

Highlighting our senior - Andrew F.
Andrew joined our team in 2022, and has shown incredible growth, dedication, and skill. A true outdoorsman, he works hard on his family farm and is a talented equipment operator. When he’s not working, you’ll find Andrew doing what he loves most — hunting (bow & gun), fishing, and trapping.
Next year, Andrew plans to step into a full‑time role as a business partner with Farrell Landscaping & Excavating Inc..

That’s a wrap! A successful 2026 New York State High School Clay Target League State Tournament with our biggest team yet. Congratulations everyone, taking aim at 100 targets each is no easy task and you all crushed it! Thank you family, friends, volunteers, and coaches for all your support and guidance today.

Celebrating our Senior - Natalee P.
Natalee started with the HCS Clay target fall 2025. Throughout her years at Honeoye, Natalee has been involved in many different clubs, events, and sports. Natalee plans to study at Suny Brockport majoring in exercise science to become an athletic trainer. Natalee loves being outdoors and trying new things that seem like they'd be a challenge. Being Natalee's last year, she decided to do just that and try something new and challenging. Trap has been such an amazing experience and she wishes she would've listened to Mrs. Wood and started sooner. "Getting this opportunity to learn from many people while participating in the Livingston County winter league with Mr. Allen and others has been so incredible". Natalee has loved being able to challenge herself mentally in a new way. She would like to thank Mrs. Wood and all the other coaches and personnel for welcoming her.

Celebrating Our Seniors - Owen D.
This is Owen’s first year on the team, and he’s already made remarkable strides — improving his technique, building confidence, and hitting some impressive high scores along the way.

Owen is a senior in the HERO/Diesel program at FLTCC, where he’s gaining valuable hands‑on experience with diesel engines and heavy equipment. His internship with the Canadice Highway Department gives him a real‑world look at equipment operation and maintenance, supporting his long‑term goal of becoming an equipment operator.

Outside of school and the range, Owen enjoys spending time outdoors, especially fishing — a hobby he picked up just last year.

We’re proud of his growth and excited to see where his path leads next. Congratulations Owen!
