The girls battled all weekend, finished 4-0 going into the Championship, and came up just short losing 5-3 in the finals.

More importantly, they competed hard, stayed together, and showed a lot of heart all weekend long 💪🐟

A lot to be proud of and a lot to build on moving forward. The growth, energy, and fight from this group continues to show every weekend 🔥

After a lot of conversations, planning, praying, and thinking about the future of our players and program, I’m proud to officially announce that Bluefish Travel Baseball is partnering with USA Prime Baseball and moving forward as…

🇺🇸🐟 USA PRIME BLUEFISH 🐟🇺🇸

This is not just a name change.
This is a MAJOR move forward for our kids, our families, and the future of baseball in Connecticut.

And before anything else…
Let me make this very clear:

I did NOT sell Bluefish.
This is still OUR program.
This is still home.
This is still Bridgeport.
This is still Connecticut.

The same passion, loyalty, toughness, family atmosphere, and grind that built Bluefish from nothing will NEVER change. That part stays forever.

But as this program continues to grow, I had to be honest with myself and ask:
“How do we create even MORE opportunities for our kids?”

That answer was growth.
That answer was resources.
That answer was exposure.
That answer was finding the RIGHT partnership.

For years we’ve been competing with some of the biggest organizations around while building this thing from the inner city with hard work, relationships, sacrifice, and belief. We earned respect throughout New England because people know what Bluefish stands for.

Now imagine combining THAT with a nationally recognized brand like USA Prime. 🔥

This partnership gives our players access to:

A chance to use baseball to open doors in life.

That mission does not change.
It gets STRONGER now.

We are still going to play with that Bluefish edge.
Still represent Bridgeport with pride.
Still stand on loyalty, family, accountability, and hard work.

But now we move with a bigger platform, bigger opportunities, and bigger vision than ever before.
