Early morning -6am-yoga to start the day!

I had the pleasure of guiding a private, partner beach yoga session that included meditation, breath work, movement and Reiki! The calming sound of the ocean waves complemented our practice. It was a wonderfully uplifting experience filled with laughter, where we embraced connection rather than perfection.
