Follow-through is such a sticking point for many in the industry of teaching softball pitching.

It’s understandable - its a movement that varies, it’s hard to understand WHY it varies, there’s so many options…..AND our sport has a history of being militant & tribal about it.

It’s time to break free from this. We are hurting the development and wellbeing of our athletes. They deserve better.

That means WE need to be better.

Come develop a different perspective - this December at Black Cat Fastpitch.

Aubrey is one of the hardest workers you’ll ever meet and we are so excited that she’s finally found her home sweet home!!!
