Bridgeport Youth Wrestling Youth Wrestling team coaching 4-12 year old wrestlers in Bridgeport, WV. BYWC was started by Kevin Stanley and Bridgeport Parks and Rec. Parks and Rec.

We are a member of the WVYWA and USA Wrestling compliant. The team was started by Kevin Stanley in hopes for a high school team to start by the time his kids got to high school. Working with the City of Bridgeport's Parks and Rec. the team was established and the following year Bridgeport High School started a team. purchased a mat and formed a relationship with the high school sharing the mat and having a place to practice for the youth team. A few years ago Bridgeport Middle School also started a team. We all work together and juggle practice times.

The Bridgeport Youth Wrestling Club (BYWC) is raising funds to purchase 3 NEW wrestling mats for our young athletes—and we’re looking for local businesses to join us as Mat Sponsors!
