✨Beginner friendly. All levels are welcome, as modifications and deeper positions for the poses will be provided. $12 cash/Venmo donation suggested.✨

ESC presented a check for $910 to support victims of domestic violence in the Cumberland County Safe House program administered by the Center for Family Services. Half of the donations came from our chair yoga classes at First Presbyterian Church in Bridgeton, instructed by Deb Homan (middle). 💜
