Marisa, watching your Pilates journey has been such a privilege. While you walked into Trio already physically capable, what has been so incredible to witness is how you've truly embraced Pilates. You slowed down, became intentional with every movement, and took the time to understand the "why" behind the work. That commitment has completely transformed the way you move.
Your strength, endurance, control, and power continue to impress us every single class. More than that, you've become such an incredible example of what consistent, intentional Pilates practice can look like. You're truly a model client, and we always know it's going to be a fantastic, authentic Pilates session whenever you're in the studio.
We are so deeply proud of your hard work, dedication, and commitment over these 250 sessions. We feel incredibly lucky that Pilates brought you into our lives, and we're so grateful to have you as part of the Trio family.
We love, love, LOVE you... and we have a feeling we'll be celebrating your 500 Club milestone before we know it. Congratulations, Marisa! We can't wait to keep cheering you on. 🧡✨

Most people don't start Pilates because they're obsessed with Pilates 🧡
They start because they want to:
✨ feel stronger
✨ move better
✨ have more energy
✨ improve their posture
✨ feel more like themselves again
That's what we hear every day at Trio.
The Pilates part is amazing, but what people really fall in love with is how they feel outside the studio.
If you've been looking for a workout that helps you feel stronger without beating up your body, we'd love to meet you.

Why slower = stronger in Pilates 👀
One of the biggest Pilates misconceptions?
That faster means you're working harder.
In reality, when you rush through an exercise, momentum does the work for you. When you slow down, your core, glutes, legs, and stabilizing muscles have to control every inch of the movement.
That's why the slow reps are usually the ones that shake the most. 🧡
The magic happens in the control, not the speed.
If you've ever wondered why Pilates feels so challenging with such small movements, this is exactly why.
Save this for your next Pilates class and see what happens when you slow it down.
Ready to experience the difference? Come take a class with us at Trio Pilates Studio in Bridgewater and feel how much stronger "slow" can be. 🩵

Julisa is the definition of the long game in Pilates. She’s been with us since the very beginning—before Trio even had group classes on the schedule. Watching her reach 100 sessions feels extra special because she has truly been part of this community from the start.
One of the things we admire most about Julisa is how she embodies what Pilates is really about: showing up consistently, integrating movement into your life, and trusting that small efforts add up over time. Strength isn't built in a day—it’s built over 100 classes, and then 100 more.
Beyond being an incredible client, Julisa is one of the kindest, most genuine souls you'll ever meet. She has shared her friendships with us, brought so many wonderful people into our community, and continually makes Trio a better place just by being here.
We are beyond honored that Pilates brought us to you, Julisa. Thank you for trusting us with your movement practice, your friendships, and your time over all these years. We cannot wait to keep cheering you on as your strength continues to grow all the way to your 250th session and beyond. We love you so much, Julisa. Congratulations on 100 classes! ✨💪
Why Group Pilates Feels Confusing at First 👀
If you've ever walked into a Pilates class and thought, "Wait... what am I supposed to be doing?" — you're not alone.
There are springs, positions, transitions, breathing cues, and a whole new way of moving your body. It's a lot.
The good news? It doesn't feel confusing forever.
Your body is learning multiple skills at the same time, and every class helps everything start to click. The people flowing effortlessly through class today were beginners once too.
At Trio, we guide you through the process step-by-step so you can spend less time worrying about doing it "right" and more time learning how to move well.
Save this if you're new to Pilates 🧡

If you've taken a before-work or after-work class, chances are you've shared the studio with Margaret. She's one of the kindest humans, a fellow cat-obsessed girl (which automatically makes us love her even more 🐱), and someone who truly embodies what a sustainable Pilates practice looks like.
Margaret is an incredible mover because she understands one of the most important lessons in Pilates: moving without pain is always the goal. She listens to her body, takes in every cue, makes thoughtful choices for herself, and trusts the process. The result? The progress in her practice has been absolutely amazing to watch.
She's also just so much fun to have in class. Her calm confidence, consistency, and positive energy make every session better. Trio truly would not be the same without her.
Margaret, we love you so much. Thank you for choosing to spend 250 sessions with us. We are so deeply grateful you're part of this community, and we can't wait to celebrate all the milestones still ahead. ✨🔥

From her humble beginnings of wanting to do just one single push-up, Annie has transformed into an absolute powerhouse. She is proof that consistency, courage, and showing up for yourself can completely change what you believe you're capable of. Annie is one of the brightest lights at Trio. She is an integral part of our community, and quite honestly, Trio wouldn’t be Trio without her. Whether she's taking on a challenging Pilates exercise, training for the Pan-Mass Challenge, or saying "yes" to whatever adventure comes next, Annie shows up with determination, grit, and a sense of humor that keeps us all laughing along the way.
We are constantly inspired by your motivation, dedication, and willingness to challenge yourself. You are a total badass, an incredible friend, a caring mother, and someone who makes our studio a better place simply by walking through the door. We are so honored that you've chosen to spend 500 sessions with us. We are beyond proud of everything you've accomplished and so excited to watch you step into the Pilates instructor side of things during teacher training this fall. We already know you're going to be incredible. Thank you for being such an important part of Trio. We love you so deeply and are so grateful to celebrate this milestone with you. Next stop is the 1,000 Club! 🔥🩵💫

Linda has been such an incredible, consistent part of the Trio community. She's the perfect example of what happens when you discover that a workout doesn't have to leave you exhausted, sore, or completely wiped out to be effective. Every single class, Linda shows up ready to give her best effort. She brings the kindest energy, the biggest smile, and the community vibes that make Trio feel like home.
We're so thankful that Pilates found its way into your life, and we're even more thankful that it brought you to us. It has been an honor to be part of your Pilates practice and watch your strength, confidence, and consistency grow over these 100 sessions. We love you Linda! We can't wait to keep cheering you on all the way to the Trio 250 Club. Congratulations! 💪🧡
Pilates doesn’t have to feel intimidating, miserable, or like punishment to “work” 🧡
One of the biggest things we hear at Trio Pilates Studio is:
“I actually look forward to coming here.”
That’s the goal.
Movement that helps you feel stronger, more connected to your body, less achy, and more confident… without feeling destroyed after every workout ✨
Our classes are beginner friendly, low impact, and designed to meet you where you’re at — whether you’re completely new to Pilates or getting back into movement again.

Is Pilates actually enough for a workout? 👀
One of the biggest fitness myths?
Thinking a workout only "counts" if you're dripping sweat, completely exhausted, or sore the next day.
Pilates works differently.
Instead of relying on momentum, Pilates challenges strength, stability, posture, balance, coordination, and control—all at the same time.
That's why a movement can look simple but feel incredibly challenging when you're truly connected to it.
The goal isn't exhaustion.
The goal is awareness, strength, and control.
And when you learn how to find that connection, Pilates is more than enough 🧡
