We'll be there!
Never tried an F3 workout? Dare you to come. It will be tough - but you'll be surrounded by men of all fitness levels who will encourage you. There are many F3 workouts in NJ and literally thousands globally every week.

4 years of The Frontier - F3!

We will be celebrating that with a workout on Saturday at 7am followed by connecting over food and coffee.

Member of F3 groups from all around Jersey will be joining us for the festivities.

If you have been considering trying out a F3 workout then this Saturday at 7am is a great one to try!

Come to the New Providence Community Pool parking lot around 6:50am and we will start promptly at 7am and the workout is an hour long.

This mornings workout was about finding shelter from the wind - very real at below zero wind chill temps in NJ!
The guys who showed up did a series of exercises, some exposed to the wind and others in a more sheltered corner.
We did it together, not alone - then met at Tim Hortons for 'coffeteria' = warm beverages and conversation.

Today's workout lead (we all get to lead) loves to share new words and they were pertinacious and sisu, with brief discussion.
tenacity, grit, perseverance, hardiness were mentioned.
This morning we faced bitter cold and strong wind.
The obstacle was physical but we all face times of challenge and headwinds in life.
Here we find encouragement, friends, insight of others and physical challenges that push everyone to improve 1%.

In light of the delayed opening Tues Jan 27 at Bridgewater schools, there will be no workout tomorrow morning at The Encampment in Bridgewater. Please follow F3 Raritan Valley and join us another day.

F3 Nation hosted their first outdoor men's workout on Jan 1, 2011 in Charlotte, NC. Tomorrow will be the 15th Anniversary of this movement that has grown to nearly 6000 weekly workouts.
While we usually finish early enough to get to work, tomorrow we will start later:
8AM at the Salted Lime Parking Deck in Somerville. No better time than New Year's Day to start or continue your fitness journey.
