Using the motto, "Start where you are. Do what you can!" JFit offers over 70 different weekly Group Fitness Classes, Personal Training (in-person and virtual), Nutritional Coaching, and Outdoor & Indoor Functional Training areas. Our facility boasts 2 salt water based pools and aquatic fitness programming as well.

"Ice, Ice, Baby!" Partying it up like it's 1999!
Throwing it back to the 90’s at the JCC! 🕹️✨ As we celebrate our 25th anniversary this year, we’re reminiscing with a 1999-themed day as part of our ‘Feel Good February’ initiative! Scrunchies, flannel shirts, and track suits were busted out – it’s time to party like it’s 1999! 🎉
