There’s a thousand different things going on under our skin and needles are just a tool we use to make people feel better. Using the same tool doesn’t mean you’re doing the same craft. Surgeons, sculptors, and carpenters all use hammers but you wouldn’t want them to do the others’ jobs.

Elbow injuries can take a while to heal because we use our arms all the time. Dry needling can fix the problem 4-5x faster than regular physical therapy.

Waking up and going to bed at the same time (plus or minus 30 minutes) led to better longterm health than sleeping 7-9 hours. It’s still a good idea to aim for 7-9 hours total but not at the cost of sleeping 30 minutes later than usual (even on the weekends🙁)
