1. You train too steady… but compete in chaos
Long cardio isn’t preparing you for bursts + short rest
→ Fights are sprint, recover, repeat. Not a jog
2. Your intensity is off
Grinding for 45 minutes straight doesn’t mean you can go HARD when it matters
→ It’s about power you can repeat, not just surviving the workout
3. You never train tired
If you only perform when you feel good, you’ll fall apart when you don’t
