What a weekend for this group.

Over 7 games, the girls showed toughness, resilience, and a style of softball that is starting to become their identity.

At the plate they were relentless:
• 67 hits
• .424 team batting average
• 11 doubles
• 2 home runs
• Only 4 strikeouts all weekend

The approach all weekend was outstanding — attacking mistakes early, working counts, and competing in every at-bat.

Defensively and on the bases, they played fast, disciplined softball:
• Only 1 stolen base allowed
• 13 stolen bases offensively

In the circle, the pitching staff was outstanding:
• 31 innings pitched
• Only 13 earned runs allowed
• 35 strikeouts
• Only 9 walks

The biggest win may have been the mental toughness this team showed. They played 6 of 7 games in rain and miserable conditions, including a championship game played in steady rain from start to finish, and never once let the conditions affect their energy or compete level.

The semifinal game perfectly captured the fight in this team. Down 5-0 heading into the final half inning, the girls battled all the way back and finished it with a walk-off single to win 6-5 and punch their ticket to the championship game.

Turnin2 2030 National Davis – Alliance Nationals Bound

These girls started the season with a goal: secure a bid to the Alliance Nationals—and this weekend, Turnin2 2030 National Davis did just that, earning their place at the Alliance National Championship in Indianapolis this July with a strong finish.

This group continues to gain recognition for how they compete—pitch by pitch, inning by inning—and is building real momentum.

The work now shifts forward. The focus is on continuing to build our resume on the national stage and preparing to compete against top programs in the country in July.

Opening weekend of tournament season is now upon us. The girls have put in extensive training over the winter months, perfecting their swings and accumulating valuable reps on the field as they gear up for the spring and summer season. They are headed to Bolivar Ohio for the weekend.
