Way to go Ayleigh!!

After the game on Tuesday night, we celebrate something bigger than the game itself. We continue our tradition of Passing the Bat. The bat we are passing is of our former teammate, Sarah Erickson. Sarah was an incredible teammate who brought joy and authenticity to everyone around her. Her character and spirit were truly remarkable. She will be remembered for her infectious laughter, her unwavering support for her teammates, and her ability to light up a room (and dugout) with her presence. Her legacy will live on in the hearts of all those whose lives she touched.

This first recipient is Junior Ayleigh Curtis - a recognition that goes far beyond stats or performance between the lines.

This award represents what it truly means to be part of a team.

Ayleigh earned this not only for what she does on the field, but for the way she shows up every single day:

Being a great player is important — but being a great teammate is what builds character.

Great Weekend of Softball for the South Dakota United Teams. The U16 squad finished the weekend 6-0 and won the championship. Great effort by them all. Great weekend in Denver.
