🤣🤣 unless you have an actual medical condition (I'll be at rare but it does happen), you should be eating real meat! I'll state the obvious, preferably grass-fed grass finished, or pastured or heirloom pork chicken or beef... This plant-based movement is going to leave people more sick and unhealthy than people realize.

Plain and simple. We are omnivores!
