YOGA IS BETTER WITH A FRIEND! TWO FOR ONE TUESDAYS!

Throughout the months of June and July, a registered, paid guest can bring a friend with them to any one class on TUESDAYS! Think of it like a BOGO :)

Save time at the front desk and have your friend create a profile ahead of time if they have never attended our studio. HAPPY SUMMER!!! 😎💙

Each week throughout the month of May, we will begin with a journal prompt to take a beat to reconnect to ourselves. Feel free to leave your thoughts here too! Build connection through community and similar experiences. 💙

Let's do a grounding exercise together: 5-4-3-2-1

✨Identify 5 things you see
✨4 things you can feel (like chair fabric)
✨3 things you hear
✨2 things you smell
✨1 thing you taste

Take time to notice the small things throughout the week and see how it makes you feel. Maybe time will slow a little and you may feel more present with yourself in your space.
