💜 Arrival Time = athletes should arrive READY TO GO (hair, makeup, uniform). Please arrive to the meeting room 10 minutes early.

💜 Athletes will receive their competitor band in their assigned meeting room.
Please make note of your team’s room location:
• GG = Grand Gallery (Floor 1)
• GGO = Grand Gallery Overlook (Floor 2)
• RO = River Overlook (Floor 2)

💜 Awards ceremonies will take place in Hall B!
