🏖️Thank you for such a wonderful summer season! I appreciate all the support and so grateful you travel near and far to join us!♥️

With that being said, I’m taking the next two weeks off to rest and recharge. There will be no class at Mukwa Gym on September 7 or 14.

I’ll be back Monday, September 21 at 6:30pm.

🏖️Such a great group of ladies for an afternoon of unique healing modalities to feel better about life!☀️

We started with some movement and yoga by the water, then settled in for a sound bath on the beach. It was a wonderful opportunity to slow down, relax, and enjoy Mother Nature!🌊

Thank you to this fantastic group for inviting me to be part of your day! I always love bringing yoga and sound healing to the beach.💛✨

☀️What a way to wrap up our beach sound bath season!🌊

Tonight was SO good! And, because apparently the universe wanted to keep things interesting, we had to improvise a little…which ended up being pretty magical.✨

Instead of just hearing the waves, we got to hear crickets singing along with them! And, a sweet old dog came and quietly visited us towards the end. I bet he liked it, too!😆

Thank you to everyone who came out, got cozy, relaxed, and shared these beautiful evenings together all summer long! I’m incredibly grateful for every single one of you.💛

What a season. What a crew. What a cool way to say see ya soon to the beach…until next summer.🌅

TONIGHT is our LAST BEACH SOUND BATH of the season!🌊

If you’ve been meaning to come…THIS IS YOUR SIGN.😉

We’re ending beach sound bath season with waves, warm blankets, crystal bowls, deep vibrations, fresh lake air, and the kind of exhale your whole body has been waiting for!

☀️Feel free to drop-in or sign up ahead of time. It will be a sunny 65 degrees with a breeze.

What to Bring:
- Dress WARM! It gets breezy by the water, and the warmer you are, the deeper you can relax.
- Bring extra blankets + a pillow
- A beach chair is totally welcome if you prefer
- Bring a favorite healing crystal if you’d like

Then get cozy, lie back, listen to the waves and let the sound do the rest!

🌺One last summer night. One last beach sound bath. Don’t let this one slip by.
