The Kenosha Bowmen's S3DA team is just three weeks away from the official start of practices for the 2026–2027 season.

If your child has their own equipment and is ready to take their archery skills to the competitive level, please join us for an informational parent meeting on October 5th at 6:00 PM.

Did you know that Kenosha Bowmen has an S3DA (Scholastic 3D Archery) team for youth ages 8–18?

The S3DA program is designed to educate and guide youth in 3D, indoor target, and outdoor target archery, as well as safe and ethical bowhunting practices.

Here are a few key details about our team:

- Schedule: We run two seasons (Indoor Target and 3D/Outdoor Target) with practices on Monday nights from October through August, between 4:30 PM and 7:00 PM.
- Affiliation & Eligibility: The team is not school-affiliated. There are no tryouts, and we welcome archers of all skill levels.
- Flexibility: Practices and tournaments are entirely optional.
- Coaching: Our coaches are certified through S3DA and/or USA Archery, and all have completed SafeSport training and background checks.
- Equipment: Participants must provide their own equipment.

Many thanks to our coaches who worked with the youth at our Summer Youth Instructional League, and a big shout out to our S3DA Youth archers who helped mentor the kids on the fundamentals of archery. We really have a great group of kids on our team.

Thank you to everyone who signed up and brought your children. Our coaching team hopes the kids enjoyed these past 9 weeks. We are looking forward to seeing you all at the Winter Youth Instructional League

We are exactly one month away from Kenosha Bowmen's Oktoberfest!

Join us for great ranges, delicious food, and lots of fun.

You will also have the opportunity to purchase raffle tickets to win a one-year membership to Kenosha Bowmen or a nine-week Youth Instructional League Session. Raffle proceeds will go to the Kenosha Bowmen S3DA team to help offset the costs of attending the Eastern Indoor Nationals Tournament in Owensboro, KY.

The Kenosha Bowmen's S3DA, Scholastic 3D Archery, team is kicking off their S3DA Fundraiser.

From Kenosha Bowmen S3DA Team Fundraiser

The mission of the Kenosha Bowmen S3DA Team is to uphold the values of the Scholastic Archery Association by fostering, educating, and guiding youth in 3D, indoor target, and outdoor target archery, as well as safe and ethical bow hunting practices.

Currently, our team travels throughout Wisconsin to compete against other regional S3DA teams. To help our athletes progress, we have launched a fundraising initiative with a goal of raising $3,000. These funds will allow us to take the team to the S3DA Eastern Indoor Target National Championship in Owensboro, Kentucky, in February 2027, where they will represent our club on a national stage.

How the fundraiser works
To raise money we are selling FootballMania tickets for $20 each. With each ticket you buy, you’ll get a digital FootballMania raffle-like game card that gives you a chance to win $100’s in cash prizes! Once you have a game card, you are automatically entered into the sweepstakes and do not need to do anything else to win.
