Three major championships in Ireland, England, and Turkey end with a World Championship title and a podium finish for the USA!


🇮🇪: America One Racing sailor Charlotte Rose is the 2026 ILCA 6 World Champion, while Erika Reineke (OLY) finished 31st in Dun Laoghaire, Ireland.

🇬🇧: Over in Weymouth, England, at the iQFOiL World Championship, America One Racing sailor Noah Lyons (OLY) finished second, while Makani Andrews finished 18th. On the women’s side, Dominique Stater (OLY) finished 20th, with Bryn Muller in 23rd and Bianna Orams in 50th.

🇹🇷: At the Men’s Kite European Championship in Gökova, Turkey, Adam Keaton finished 27th.

Congratulations to all the sailors and coaches on three well sailed events.

Prepped, measured, and ready for the 2026 470 World Championship in Enoshima, Japan, August 10-17 🇯🇵

Fresh off an 8th place finish at the San Pedro Olympic Classes Regatta, Justin Callahan and Lara Dallman-Weiss will be representing the US in the fleet of 74 teams – the largest 470 event of the year.

For Lara, this is a return to the site of her first Olympics – the Tokyo 2020 Games, where she sailed in the women’s 470 with Nikki Barnes.

The San Pedro Olympic Classes Regatta comes to a close 🔐

Two American teams took on the finals series today, with Paris Henken / Helena Scutt finishing in 7th overall in the FX and Nevin Snow / Ian MacDiarmid finishing in 4th overall in the 49er.

With the west coast swing of the Olympic sailing calendar over, we’re one step close to LA28 Olympic & Paralympic Games 🏝️

Thats a wrap on the qualifying series at the San Pedro Olympic Classes Regatta!

Two American teams will be moving on to their finals series: Paris Henken / Helena Scutt finished the day in 8th in the 49erFX, while Nevin Snow / Ian MacDiarmid finished in 5th in the 49er fleet, qualifying them for their respective two-race finals.

For tomorrow, scores from the qualification series carry over - but if the score gap between neighboring boats is more than nine points, it will be adjusted so that the gap is no more than nine points. Scores will also be adjusted so that 3rd-10th has no more than an 18-point spread.

Other American teams close their event today after five productive days learning big lessons in the future Olympic venue 💪

The port was in play on day four of the San Pedro Olympic Classes Regatta 🚢

The Nacra 17 fleet was the first to race on the inside circle, tucked between the seawall and the Port of LA. The compact course delivered short, shifty racing, with big puffs rolling over Point Fermin and creating plenty of chaos at the tight windward mark roundings.

Meanwhile, the 49er and 49erFX fleets spent another day out on Hurricane Gulch, which lived up to its name. Sailors were treated to classic San Pedro conditions: 15–20 knots of breeze and a solid sea state.

Three more races are on the schedule tomorrow—the last day before the finals. The 49ers will get their turn on the inside course. Bring it on 💥 Swipe through to see full USA standings 👉🏻
