Job Description:
Peak Hitting is in search of a dynamic group of hitting instructors that have the heart of a teacher. Our facility is focused on hitter development only and located halfway between Cleveland and Akron, OH. Each instructor will have access to the facility 24/7 to conduct lessons on your schedule. We are looking for new and established coaches for baseball and softball. The philosophy is to create individual hitting plans that will produce results and not a one size fits all program. Medical, Dental, Vision and Life Insurance is available for all staff full or part-time. You have the option to be an employee or contractor and set your own terms.
Special Requirements:
High level coaching and playing experience required College or Professional experience preferred This position does not rely on technology to teach for you. Hiring immediately

We will focus on one thing- hitting! If you want bells and whistles look somewhere else. If you want to get professional instruction and simply hit then keep an eye out for us. We will also provide free content on our social media outlets to help you develop as a hitter.
