Meet Coach Lindsay! We love Coach Lindsay because she makes hard work feel fun and every athlete feel seen - here’s a little more about Coach Lindsay in her own words!

🤸🏼Favorite Movement:
Gymnastics! Toes-to-Bar, handstand walks, pull-ups - if I’m upside down or hanging from a bar, I’m happy.

🎸Favorite Music:
Old school rap from Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre & The Notorious B.I.G., 90’s grunge & hard rock. But my ultimate hype song? “Wherever I May Roam” by Metallica!

🧭 Why North 41?
North 41 (formerly CrossFit Mantra) is where my CrossFit journey started back in 2016. This community is unmatched — supportive and welcoming. The coaches are knowledgeable and make every workout feel like the best hour of your day.

Join us for Hero WOD Sunday at North 41!

Hero WOD Sunday with is for experienced athletes! Doors open at 9:00a, warm up on your own, white board briefing and WOD start promptly at 9:30a.

Some other non-negotiable: No waiver, no workout. We need everyone to sign the mandatory waiver and check in before participating. It’s fast, it’s easy, and everyone is doing it 😉

Donations are encouraged to help give back to the veteran community. Any amount is appreciated and goes toward supporting those who have served 🇺🇸
