was in the gym pulling weight the other day! Our focus was short burst sprints while keeping the sprinting technique as a high priority. Enzo is top of our leader boards for many categories and the drive to keep improving.

Congratulations to two of our softball Athletes for signing their letter of intents. Chelsea Mack will be attending the University of Kentucky and Grace O’Malley will be going to University of Toledo!
These girls have had seasons cut short. Seasons taken away. But have only worked harder In accomplishing what they want to accomplish. With their senior season right around the corner, they have been pushing themselves and as leaders, pushing their teammates to become the best they can be.
Extremely proud of these girls and excited to see the success they have at the next level
