As a fitness instructor, music and dance are my way to connect with you. I have been on this journey since 2018 and every class reminds me why I started. The beat lifts our spirits, the movement strengthens our bodies, and together we create a space where no one gets left behind. You do not need to be perfect. You just need to show up and move with an open heart. I see your effort, your progress, and your courage. I am invested in you, your growth, and your confidence every single step of the way.
