We are seeking an ADvantage Backup Case Management Supervisor. As a Backup Case Management Supervisor, you will be responsible for carrying a small caseload and supervising case managers.

Responsibilities:
- Provide case management services to individuals on the ADvantage Program.
- Conduct assessments to determine members' needs and develop individualized care plans
- Coordinate and monitor services provided by various agencies
- Advocate for members' rights and ensure they have access to necessary resources and services
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement service plans
- Monitor members progress and make adjustments to service plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all member interactions and services provided
- Review and approve documents from assigned case managers prior to submission to ADvantage for completeness and accuracy.
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day management of case managers and case management activities

```Qualifications```

- Current OKDHS ADvantage CM certification

- Minimum 5 years ADvantage CM experience

- Experience supervising staff or managing teams is a plus

- Skilled user of Harmony

- Knowledgeable about ADvantage case management standards and deadlines

- Strong organizational and time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills

- Skilled in Excel and Word

- Proficient in keyboarding skills
