The kids are back to school… now it’s time to get a little YOU back.

If you’ve been putting yourself on the back burner, this is an easy way to start again.

✨ 4 personal training sessions for $200

Think of it as a trial package. A chance to come in, get comfortable, build some strength, and see what working together feels like. No huge commitment. Just a place to begin.

Because taking care of yourself doesn’t have to mean reinventing yourself.

Sometimes it just means coming back to you.

Message me to grab your 4 sessions.

Strong looks good on you. Even when strong looks different than it used to.

Ladies,

What is one perimenopause symptom that caught you off guard?

Me - it was the hip pain. It became unbearable for a while.

Ready for cooler workouts?

Trust me… I’m tired of this Oklahoma heat too.

Instead of skipping your workouts, come train in a cool, comfortable studio where you can focus on getting stronger—not surviving the weather.

For a limited time:

8 Personal Training Sessions for $400

Whether you’re just getting started or getting back on track, I’ll meet you where you are and help you build strength, confidence, and consistency.

This special ends August 5, so if you’ve been thinking about investing in yourself, now is the perfect time.

Send me a message or comment “STRONG” and I’ll get you all the details.

✨ Fitness Fact Friday ✨

Did you know?

Women can lose muscle mass as we age, especially during perimenopause and beyond.

The good news? Strength training helps support muscle, bone health, balance, confidence, and everyday movement.

This season of life isn’t about punishment.
It’s about feeling strong, capable, and being our best.

Strong looks good on you.

Do you strength train yet, or are you thinking about starting?

Macros can feel overwhelming, but they do not have to be.

Think simple:
✨ Protein for strength and muscle support
✨ Carbs for energy
✨ Healthy fats for fullness and hormones

You do not need perfect tracking or perfection to make progress. Small, consistent habits add up.

Remember: consistency > perfection.

This might be my favorite Sunday activity.

Coffee in hand, sitting on the balcony, reflecting on the past week, thinking about the week ahead, and grounding myself in what I’m building, who I’m becoming, and what truly matters.

This morning, my mind is a little full.

Thinking about my senior dog, Ellie, needing dental surgery and hoping she feels better soon. Thinking about my return to running starting this week (hello old friend). Thinking about my sore legs from lunges because apparently I still make questionable choices.
Thinking about swimming lessons and what it feels like to try something new in my 50s.
Thinking about whether I can give myself permission to take a week off for vacation.
Thinking about my clients and how proud I am watching them grow stronger, more confident, and believe in themselves again.

If I’m honest, sometimes it feels like I’m carrying a lot.

The responsibilities. The business. The people I care deeply about. The dreams I’m still building. And if I am being honest….beginning again in my 50’s feels really hard.

But alongside that? I feel incredibly grateful.

Grateful that I get to do work I love.
Grateful for my able body.
Grateful for growth.
Grateful for second chances, new beginnings, and quiet mornings like this that remind me to slow down and reconnect to what matters.

Sundays aren’t always about planning the perfect week.

Sometimes they’re about asking:

What would make next week feel meaningful, not just productive?

How can I show up for everyone I care about and still show up for myself?

For me: a little consistency, a little courage, a little rest, and a whole lot of grace.

What’s on your mind this Sunday morning?

Stress Free Saturday check in 💙

No perfection required over here.

Did you move your body this week? Drink your water? Get your protein in? Prioritize sleep? Give yourself some grace?

Progress is not built through perfection. It is built through the small things we do consistently.

Tell me one win from your week. Big or small, I want to celebrate it with you.
