It’s been a wild process and while there are a few i’s to dot and t’s to cross, we are ready to resume class!

With that said we have a few new policies at the Gym.

Bring a towel and dry shirt if you’re doing multiple classes.

No bare feet off the mats … period. Violators will be shamed, in all seriousness bare feet in a bathroom is yucky, don’t be that guy.

Absolutely no food in the gym, eat outside, our new gym has an outdoor picnic area, if this area is not respected and left free of trash we will close that area off as well.

No open drinks, cans, coffee cups…it your drink can’t be knocked over without spilling we’ll ask you to dispose of it.

Spectators and children, unfortunately we no longer have a waiting area, we ask that no children be brought in to spectate class or wait in the walkways. We have large classes, it’s imperative we maintain a disruption free zone. Adults bringing visitors please be considerate when bring friends to wait on you, space is limited.
