Last day of February. March is the last month a person can join and keep 35$ price as long as they continue every month afterwards. In april the new price of 45$ will take affect for new members

Starting in April, the monthly gym membership price will increase to $45 per month for:

- New members who have never joined before
- Past members who have been inactive for a month or longer and wish to rejoin

Current members who consistently renew every month will keep their $35 monthly rate.
I believe it’s important to grandfather in members who have stayed consistent and continued supporting the gym.

Exceptions to the new price may include:
- Members away at college who return during breaks (with proof)
- Members on documented medical leave from physical activity
- Individuals on active service or temporarily out of town for similar obligations

March will be the last month new members can join at $35/month.
Anyone who joins in March and continues renewing monthly without a gap will keep that $35 rate going forward.

Gym is 24-7. If you are come during snow. Becarful even if the main road are clear the parking lot might not be clear.

If any one has content like pictures or videosb that they are cool with having on Google page and Facebook/Instagram. I wouldn't posting. U can send anything to page messenger with description too. It can be anything from lifting or pr or even selfie/ pose if it something proud of

This gym has no contracts or cancelation fees

That being said if any individuals have major issues with me the owner or the gym than I would just ask not rejoin. /deny service

No one forces anyone be at the location. But i wont torlate any negative talk of my name or location when im not around if wont say it to my face especially profanity word used on me.

No one money worth that too me. If unhappy with the product of the gym. Than simply find place you enjoy better and go

All I ask members of the location is obey rules posted on glass and around the location
Like re-racking weights off barbells and moving parts of machines. And be honest on guest policy I have set.

If a individual try leavage there membership or buddies memberships of rejoining with me for next month im going just ask not rejoin/ deny service Like again no one forces anyone be or use the location.

If individual gets mad at me for telling them obey rules like Reracking weights which the rule are posted in the gym im going ask them not try rejoin/deny service. Starting 2026 i will enforce 3 strike policy. On 3rd one you wont be able rejoin the gym

If individual gets caught sneaking people in without paying im going ask them not try rejoin /deny service. No warning on this i will just ban refuse service.

If individual try promoting a competitor buiness to other gym memebers while physically in my buiness/gym im going ask them not try rejoin/ deny service.

Not brand new machine it was used and for sell price i afford it comes off unique. Thought was little neat since does all 3 angles flat incline decline. I temporary have it in a werid spot in the gym I will probably move it to location i want later. When I feel better.

I have idea keeping paired with the other pioneer strength pieces like shoulder machine of same brand that currently already have in the gym.

I hit my head moving this piece. Starting realize moving gym equipment seems draining on my health

I reorganized upstairs dumbells 2.5 to 50lb 2 pairs each. Hopefully we see how long that will last.
Question I get lot from people and my own members is there upstairs? And anwser is yes lol It last unit upstairs before Ross it has same type door system and gym sign above. It continuation of the gym i have downstairs since reason got it was for extra bathrooms open area and give people options. It been slow grow since most my members dont use upstairs but options is always available for them to use. I hope next 5 years of my life i would have options expand again grow the gym is my goal
