The amazing Tracy Phillips, center, shot 6-under par today to win a final stage qualifier for the 2026 U.S. Senior Open Championship. Phillips, flanked here by former Jenks coach Steve Elliott and local caddie Larry Vallar, had never previously played the Tuscany Falls course at Pebble Creek in Goodyear, Ariz.
