Tulsa has always been a well of strength, grit, and Kingdom identity.

It’s a city of warriors, pioneers, and families ready to rise out of lukewarm living and step into revival-level discipline.
Iron Forge FITMOG will be a house of transformation—spiritually, mentally, and physically.

A gym where:
Faith and fitness collide
Community becomes covenant
Men and women are rebuilt, restored, and reignited in purpose
Revival starts in the heart and spreads into the home
This is not “just another gym opening.”

This is the spark of a movement.

Travis Ring is crushing the current 6 week training cycle! This very busy business owner, husband, father as well as servant for the kingdom is showing what consistency can do!

You don’t need a more complicated plan - you need one you’ll actually follow.

3 lifts/wk. 60ish minutes of cardio/wk.
10k steps/day.
This plus prioritize protein and watch the needle move!

If you're looking at that and thinking: "there's no way that's enough" - I challenge you to just give it a try for 6 weeks - the results might surprise you.

The next IRON FORGE FITMOG cycle starts Monday, March 30th. If you want structure without guesswork, it's a great time to join.

Consistency works!

“So let’s not get tired of doing what is good. At just the right time we will reap a harvest of blessing if we don’t give up.”
‭‭Galatians‬ ‭6‬:‭9‬ ‭NLT‬‬

A lack of regular exercise, known as a sedentary lifestyle or "sitting disease," causes significant physical and mental health issues including:
Unhealthy weight gain,
muscle loss and weakening!

As well as increased risks of chronic diseases:
like type 2 diabetes,
heart disease,
and high blood pressure. List goes on and on !

It leads to reduced metabolism, poor circulation, weakened bones, and a higher risk of anxiety and depression.

This is why we are seeking a healthy lifestyle and not just a skinny body.

Resistance training 2-4x a week
Walking 7-10k steps a day
Regular mobility
Zone 2 cardio are all things that you should consider when building your fitness routine. We know how to do this and have been helping people for years to build a healthy lifestyle. Comment “health” or send me a DM and let’s talk about it we are a good fit!

Your body is not a vanity project.

It is a tool for leadership, a vessel for service, and a standard your children will unconsciously imitate. Your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit to be honored and protected!

It is tough to be a dad, responsibility is huge especially when you are truly committed to your career.

But increased responsibility does not excuse decreased stewardship.

It’s time to redefine the phrase “dad bod.”

In 2026, give yours a new look. Instead of a potbelly, let it be a body marked by discipline—strong enough to protect, conditioned enough to endure, and restrained enough to say no when excess is offered.

Let your children associate fatherhood not with physical decline, but with consistency, faith, restraint, and quiet strength.

Let your wife feel covered not only spiritually, but physically—by a man who respects his body because he respects the calling placed on his life.

“Don’t you realize that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives in you and was given to you by God? You do not belong to yourself, for God bought you with a high price. So you must honor God with your body.”

‭‭1 Corinthians‬ ‭6‬:‭19‬-‭20‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Your body is not slow, or broken, Your expectations are unrealistic!🤯

You didn’t gain fat, lose muscle and slow your metabolism in 3 months.💯

You did it through years of not taking care of your health.
Probably a few Crash diets.
Weight loss shortcuts.
Starting and stopping or no strength training at all.
Poor sleep.
High stress.
Not enough protein and nutrition.

Now you want the gym to fix everything in a few weeks or months! 😵‍💫

That is not how the human body works.👎

When you neglect your body for 7 to 10 years or more
the repair will also take time and consistency. 👊🏽

First the metabolism has to recover, muscle has to be rebuilt, Then fat loss happens and can be permanent if you keep the simple basics of health.

Unfortunately most people quit before the real benefits come wanting fast results. Learning to navigate nutrition, strength training and movement even in our busy seasons is crucial for health longevity and weight loss.

Real transformation is slow.
Boring.
Stable.
Permanent.
Shortcuts feel exciting, but rarely last often leaving you in a worse spot .

If you are tired of weight loss failure, it’s time to stop dieting and start understanding how to train your body properly to reduce body fat and gain a healthy lifestyle.

We currently have a few personal training spots available as well as room in many of our group classes.

I’m not driven by numbers, a scale, a bench press number or body fat%.

I’m driven by obedience to the Lord. He has called me to honor the Temple of the Holy Spirit(my body).

Honoring the temple is not about performance or what others think about me, it’s about stewardship.

I am called to honor the temple not worship it!

Strength will fade, numbers will change.

But obedience will last!

Be led by God first, everything else will fall into place.

“Work willingly at whatever you do, as though you were working for the Lord rather than for people.”
‭‭Colossians‬ ‭3‬:‭23‬ ‭NLT‬‬
