Here’s the reality: our HOA is powered by neighbors volunteering their time—not paid staff. If we don’t have enough people willing to step up and serve on the Board, we’ll have no choice but to hire a professional management company. While they do valuable work, it would come with a significant increase in our HOA dues.

The good news? It doesn’t take a superhero—just neighbors who care about keeping our community the great place we all chose to call home. Read through the slides above to check out all of the Board positions and their respective responsibilities! Believe it or not, being on the Eagle Creek HOA Board is actually kind of fun!

We’ve had some residents reach out because they’ve received a bill from a company called Ecowaste. After a little bit of research, it looks like Ecowaste has taken over the Baker service routes. Just a friendly FYI! Have a great week, neighbors! ☀️

Our biannual Trash Bash & Recycling Rally is upcoming on April 11, 2026 from 8:00AM to 12:00PM at 1700 W Detroit Street!

Come drop off your hard-to-recycle items such as tires, e-waste, medical sharps, batteries, cardboard, medications, and more!
As always, we will be offering on-site paper shredding services!

We can't wait to see you there!

It’s that time of year again! 🎉 The Eagle Creek Neighborhood Spring Garage Sale is here and it’s the perfect time to clean out those closets, garages, and storage rooms and turn your unused items into cash! 💰🛍️

✨ Even better: Our neighbors in Steeplechase will be having their garage sale the same weekend, which means even more shoppers and treasures to be found! 🛒🔎

⏰ Pro Tip: The earlier you have your items out, the better! Early-bird shoppers love to get started bright and early! 🌅

☔ Rain Plan: If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we will keep the signs up for the following weekend so everyone still gets a chance to participate.

Get ready for some Easter fun with your neighbors! 🐰🥚 Join us for the Eagle Creek Neighborhood Easter Egg Hunt on March 28th for an afternoon full of food, fun, and festive activities! 🎉

⏰ Party Time: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM
