Supreme Jiu Jitsu south Broken Arrow

Starting this week on Friday nights at 5pm we will offer our “Grappling fundamentals class” for our students. Drop-ins for this class with open Mat included will be reduced to $10. We will be revolving around controls,sweeps, submissions, and escapes from side control, mount, and the back. We also will cover at least one beginner friendly takedown every fundamentals class.
