Trevisβ fitness journey is one that many can relate to. After college, he found himself becoming less active and struggling to stay consistent with exercise. Motivated by his health and family history, he made the decision to fully commit to fitnessβand it changed his life.

For Monday, apparently the goal was to climb a mountain without ever leaving the floor π
