SORRY, Pilates is a path, a lifestyle and bringing its control in your life through awareness... it takes time, commitment and patience.

When a client suffers from pain in a certain area, it’s all guess work until you see imaging. In this case, it was as I suspected. Now we can move forward with an informed plan.

High Ladder Barrel. So proud of the work these 2 put in today! They are 2 years into the method and I cannot be more proud of their progress. It takes consistency, perseverance and most of all, patience. If you don’t understand the foundational level, you cannot progress. Functional movement is key. There are many methods out there but no substitute for contrology with a little FP thrown in the mix. Exercises are just exercises but no comparison to this level of training.

Now just be good to yourself, recover and come visit. When you start back, you will be stronger than ever. Pilates has a tendency to do that which is why I am so passionate about what I teach. It truly is for EVERY BODY. You are walking proof. Love you! 😍😍😍
